We offer our customers a place to consign and recycle pre-owned furniture, lighting, artwork and decorative arts. We also have a stable of interior designers that use us as their "go to" to consign or buy for their customers.
HOW WE CHOOSE
As a designer, I follow certain guidelines when selecting items to ensure all items are carefully curated, authenticated and priced to get your pieces sold. I rely on what my market has brought in the past and offer these items a new life and a new home.
OUR PROCESS:
Our consignment process is simple:
1. Email us images of the item(s) and we will confirm with you
2. If you are local and there are a lot of pieces which need a closer look, we will schedule a house call.
3. Once pieces are agreed upon, we will agree on a scheduled time for you to drop off your items at the barn.
4. The consignment fee is 50/50. When an item sells, we draw you a check at the end of the month in which it sells.
